The Montparnasse Tower becomes our new wellness ritual from March 13th to April 2nd

Indeed, the Tour Montparnasse comes to offer you to get out of the winter gently to prepare for spring with a new ritual "Morning Boost" to be held every Monday morning, from March 13, 2018 to April 2, 2018.

What better way to start the day than to get high? This is the wellness activity proposed by the Montparnasse Tower Observatory in collaboration with sophrologist Aurélia Bois-Beaulieu. Each beginning of the week, during 1 hour, you will be able to rise above the city and thus to take strength while admiring the most beautiful sight of Paris.

Well-being and dynamism will be the watchwords of these weekly meetings, which will revolve each time around a very particular theme, such as:

- Future is bright: projecting into a positive future

- The full of positive energy: to find the energy that we sometimes miss.

- Activate your potentials: openness to the future and the abilities of everyone

- Protect yourself from stress: to protect yourself from external disruptive elements by creating a "protection bubble"

Starting each week closer to the sky, for us it's the dream spot!
